Appointments:
Your initial visit will last between 60 and 90 minutes. Medication followup visits are between 10 and 25 minutes. Psychotherapy sessions are 45 minutes.

Appointment times are reserved for you in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than one business day’s notice, will be charged at the full session rate. This amount is not billable to insurance.

Regular followup visits, particularly for medication monitoring, are necessary to provide safe medical care.

Availability:
I am available by phone during business hours. Please call 310-425-3820 and leave a message. I will return your call as soon as possible. In case of emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Fees and Billing:
Please call the office at any time to discuss fees. All payment is due at the time of service. I am not currently participating in any insurance company networks with the exception of Medicare part B.

Payments are accepted by cash, check, and credit card. A credit card number will be kept on file for all patients.
